The idea behind the Mela series was to create a collection with a distinctive character, combining the typology of the classic chair with an upholstered shell (seat and backrest) with the beauty of wood. The mid-century inspired wooden structure embraces the upholstered backrest, creating a perfect symbiosis of the contrasting elements. The Mela collection is available in 6 different types of wood (oak, walnut, maple, elm, cherry, and pear), with various natural finishes (oils and soaps) upholstered with a range of leathers or fabrics.
