Designed by Kerstin H. Holmquist in 1958 for Nordiska Kompaniet, NK, the Paradiset Sofa boosts an elegant and organic shape - a strong feature of Swedish modern design. While the soft line of the back, which smoothly run over into the armrests, gives a classic appeal, the tapered and curved legs bring a whimsical twist to the 2,5- seater sofa design. The Paradiset Sofa is part of the Paradiset Collection, where all names are inspired by “Paradiset” – the Swedish name for Eden or Paradise.
